Photos are for general presentation and may not show the exact final package, serving result, or batch received.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product label, ingredient list, allergen statement, net weight, preparation instructions, and storage guidance before use.
Food Allergens and Dietary Information

We do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens unless expressly stated in writing. Customers with severe food allergies, sensitivities, medical dietary requirements, or religious dietary requirements should contact us before ordering.
Home Kitchen and Cottage Food Notice
Some Pelican Peaks products may be produced under applicable cottage food or small food business rules. Required notices, producer information, preparation information, ingredient statements, allergen statements, and net weight details should be reviewed on the product label.
Products are intended to be prepared and used according to label directions. Pelican Peaks is not responsible for results caused by improper storage, handling, preparation, substitution of customer-added ingredients, overbaking, underbaking, contamination after delivery, or failure to follow directions.
Orders and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Taxes, shipping, pickup charges, delivery charges, handling charges, or other fees may be added at checkout when applicable.
Payment must be completed before online orders are fulfilled unless Pelican Peaks agrees to different written terms.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, availability errors, or checkout errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to adjust, cancel, refund, or confirm the order.
Shipping
Shipping availability, rates, carrier options, delivery estimates, and eligible shipping locations may vary.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Pelican Peaks is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, package theft after delivery, refused shipments, or delivery issues outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional payment before reshipping.
Local Pickup and Market Handoff
Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed location and time. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.
We may not be able to hold food products indefinitely. Orders that are not picked up and are not rescheduled may not be eligible for refund.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, and order issues are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because our products are food items, returns and exchanges are limited for food safety reasons.
Custom, Catering, Wholesale, and Bulk Orders
Custom, catering, wholesale, bulk, market, event, or special-request orders may require separate terms, lead times, deposits, minimum quantities, payment schedules, cancellation rules, or pickup/shipping arrangements.

Discounts and Promotions
